Unlike many in the industry who pour millions of dollars into commercial products before proving their viability, we’ve taken a more disciplined and strategic approach. By integrating innovative manufacturing technologies, including precision 3D printing, advanced composite fabrication, and modular assembly methods, we’ve drastically reduced our production costs to just $30,000 per aircraft—without sacrificing performance, safety, or durability.
Our streamlined process also means speed. At full readiness, we anticipate completing an aircraft in as little as two weeks, keeping overhead costs to a minimum while maintaining rigorous quality control. This approach not only accelerates our path to market but also ensures we remain agile, cost-effective, and scalable from day one.
This combination of cost-efficiency, speed, and uncompromising quality positions us to compete at a global level, with a product designed for long-term commercial success and rapid deployment.

Our proprietary all-electric propulsion system eliminates the need for fuel, enabling clean, quiet operations with no emissions and significantly lower operational costs. Combined with onboard power generation, we reduce the need for heavy battery systems while maximizing flight range.
a. Reduces battery load
b. Extends range and flight time
a. Requires less power
b. Delivers more torque for greater lift and thrust
a. Optimized for electric motor dynamics
b. Enhanced performance vs. standard propellers
a. Uses less energy to drive propeller shaft
b. Increases efficiency and minimizes power consumption
This combination allows our aircraft to fly longer, faster, and cleaner than any other electric cargo solution.
Panhwar Jet aircraft are remotely operated by skilled drone pilots, ensuring precise navigation while removing the risk of in-air human presence. We are simultaneously developing a powerful AI-assisted flight system that continuously learns from over 700 real-time data points during each flight—ranging from wind speeds to weather conditions and landing angles.
This allows us to move safely toward a future of semi-autonomous operations with human oversight always in place.
In collaboration with our partners, we’re deploying a smart AI model trained on real-world pilot behavior and flight performance data. Installed in over 75 aircraft, our AI flight system will monitor everything from approach angles to environmental data, helping reduce risk and prevent human-error-related accidents—with full deployment targeted by early 2026.
Unlike traditional cargo planes dependent on centralized airports and complex infrastructure, Panhwar Jet delivers point-to-point service from regional and local airports, drastically cutting delivery times. With a 300-mile pick-up radius from each hub, our aircraft can deliver anywhere in the U.S., supporting sectors like food, pharma, e-commerce, and time-sensitive shipments.
